Return & Refund Policy

Every piece in our shop is made and packed with a lot of care, often in small batches or one at a time. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, accidental orders, or buyer's remorse, so please review your order carefully before checking out.

Damaged or defective items

We want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please email us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item and the damage
  • A photo of the packaging (this helps us with shipping claims)

Once we've reviewed it, we'll make it right with a replacement (where stock allows) or a refund. We may ask you to return the item; if so, we'll cover return shipping.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking shows a problem or your package hasn't arrived in a reasonable time, reach out and we'll help track it down. Please note that once a package is handed to the carrier, delays in their network are outside our control, but we'll do everything we can to assist.

Order changes & cancellations

Need to fix an address or cancel? Contact us within 24 hours of ordering. After that, your order may already be in production or packed and we may not be able to make changes.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It can take a few business days for your bank or card provider to post it.
